Rhea Kapoor tied the knot with Karan Boolani on the 14th of August at her father’s residence.
The well-regarded producer, daughter of Anil Kapoor, and sister of actor Sonam Kapoor married her long-time lover Karan Boolani at her father’s Juhu home last Saturday. Rhea has been behind some of the most stylish films of the previous few years, Aisha, Khoobsurat, and Veere Di Wedding, simply because she wrote her own dressing-up rules.
The wedding was attended by close friends and family, including Jhanvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, uncles Boney Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, and aunt Maheep Kapoor.
The couple started dating in 2009 during the making of the movie Aisha, her debut production project. Karan was an assistant director in the film.
The family had not made any prior announcements. The wedding images of Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani are all over the Kapoor family’s Instagram accounts.
Rhea was dressed in an ivory lehenga, and Sonam, in a pastel blue Anarkali, were a sight to behold on the former’s wedding day. The white dress on the wedding day was made by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, which is close to family from ages. They also made Sonam’s lehenga for her mehndi in 2018.

Sonam also got emotional in one of the ceremonies to which Anand was seen comforting her.
Rhea Kapoor sent a card explaining why some people were not invited. Boolani and Kapoor’s families signed the card.
